I know some counties are more income oriented than mine and will conceal this public data and charge for it.

It seems if you can conceal ownership in this manner you would also be able to pull those mortgages out of your name.

I never understood the fascination with concealing the identify as a property owner.

The bottom line is this: Concealment is not asset protection, proper (time consuming and expensive, I know) management, and good, prudent, practices (ditto), WHICH ARE ADHERED TO, and insurance (expensive), are needed for asset protection.

That is why we conceal the purchase price whenever possible.
