I think majority of those that are displaced will likely find homes in the surrounding communities in CA (I’m sure some local CA experts have better insight).

Cities and communities are also cracking down on people using homes for this.

It stays booked in the summer and is quiet in winter (cannot use the lake, community pool, community golf course, etc).

I’ve tried posting it in communities, reaching out to buyers agents, and dispo specialists.
