I'm nervous to submit an offer because I'd be funding the rehab with a 0% CC and ongoing savings from my job.

But yeah the Suncor issue is unfortunate (although it doesn’t just effect CC depending on which way the wind is blowing).

If you have CC's definately pay that off before you start to save for a property. 

@Peyton Robinson I've bought many properties using CC's and many other CF strategies, techniques & methods. 

You can get 3% deals in c c+ neighborhoods.

We pretty much just used cash to buy everything.So I just got a CC (with a lousy $300 limit) to start building my credit.

But it's up to you to figure out what they charged you in CC fees.

Another way to boost your credit is to piggyback off of someone's good CC.
