Thats why you see very few HML that were in business prior to 2010 to 2011..

I recently had a client purchase a duplex in Forest Park here in the western suburbs with this exact plan in mind.

I remember working with a friend who inherited his aunt’s home.. he got so caught up in the emotional side of it that he forgot the nuts and bolts..like having a good plan for the renovation budget and timeline.

I was wondering how people managed to scale their businesses faster.

We have one property already as our primary home with a plan to buy another house and rent out this one.

@Jaycee Greene I see, I would still love to stay connected as well given I plan on executing the BRRRR strategy on the MF units  I plan to acquire this year. 

I'm in the process of finalizing my website (obviously this needs to be strong as it will be my landing site for other marketing initiatives.I do plan on keeping my 9-5, so I am looking to use Google PPC and Facebook retargeting ads to build the majority my pipeline, using nights and weekends for follow-up and some limited cold calling.

(b) Is it okay to talk to multiple realtors at the same time (I'm thinking it would be better to have a separate realtor with lots of market knowledge and experience in each of the mentioned locations) or should I only plan to use one?
