@Branson WidderIt’s awesome to hear that you’re into both house hacking and carpentry—those two passions can definitely complement each other.

It would be helpful to learn how one lands the jobs that come up in this forum and how much entry level positions pay.It sounds like you are focused on leaving a legacy which is amazing.

With that much equity and amazing credit score, have you thought about refinancing the 4 SF's to pull out cash to finance a portion of the project?
