What are some good tactics or bussiness strategy that you may recommend?

Use caution in this approach.. like all of these guru tactics they sound great but can be disasters in practice.

As far as a tactic to look at for maximum growth I (some random guy on the internet) would recomend maxing out on the BRRRRR strategy.

It should  hopefully give me a few pointers on strategies to combat predatory pricing tactics aimed at long distance investors.

The smarter tactic is to get an offer accepted and then negotiate down based on the home inspection and/or appraisal, but you're still highly unlikely to get lowball offers accepted in this market.
