AI is already impacting lead management in a huge way.

Currently I'm looking for some kind of methodology, software or app, that I can use to manage the properties, which will allow for another family member to step in to my role relatively seamlessly if I were to pass in the future.

As for wholesaling, there is no license required bcoz your not Selling or acting as agent in a fiduciary role to anyone but yourself.

There are many other sites you can list on if you are going for Insurance Bookings but in my markets or at least for the inventory I have, it hasn't proven to bring many leads. 

More of a re-set that seeing the numbers (prices) at which my comp set actually books- leads to.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

I don't know if theirs is too good to be true and actually I think the fact that they have the VA system set up to work on leads for you is a huge plus.

Networking plays a crucial role in this industry and remember to keep learning continuously.

For example, say I have a foreclosure, or expired listing lead that I would like to find accurate phone numbers for for prospecting.

Trustin your PM partner is important and they will follow your lead, so don't expect them to provide you with your business plan.
