The enrollment numbers are increasing at over 10% annually, and the properties were full when we purchased it.

If you look at the past 5-10 years of enrollment figures, how are they doing?  

We enroll them into a 5 week real estate investing education, where they learn everything they need to know about real estate investing and then from there spend the next week or so training them on the investors business, systems and processes they will be working for.

I am currently enrolled in a course to get my real estate license.

I have been enrolled in the course in Hawaii, Maryland, and now New York.  

The AP® participation rate at Durham School of the Arts is 54 percent.The student body makeup is 40 percent male and 60 percent female, and thetotal minority enrollment is 65 percent.

Does anyone know of any programs that I can have the tenant enroll in order to subsidize or pay a portion of the rent ?

You can read up more and get a little better educated before you dive in, or you can dive in and auto enroll in the school of hard knocks.

@Corey PattersonI've personally know a couple people to go through AZ Academy of Real Estate, both have said based on their research and attending they would pick the same place if had to do all over again.I am personally planning on enrolling here.

The only thing I have seen is that they will send you these checks for $3 and if you cash them, you are enrolled in some type of program that adds a fee to your monthly mortgage payment.
