My wife and I are selling our BPCON tickets for $3587. We have a king bedroom with a garden view reserved from October 5th to 9th. My wife started her master's program, and we can no longer attend...

Had to cancel my trip in the last minute as my wife is in a medical emergency. Its for two people (kids go free) and 4 nights. I have paid close to $4000. Price is negotiable.  

And I look up 3 bed 2 bath houses for rent in that same zipcode to see houses similar to the one I chose to get a gauge for how much I can rent it out for. 

We bought an extra ticket and room for a guest and now they are not able to make it. It's the early bird pro member price with the additional night checking in Oct 5th and check out on Oct 9th. Room all to yourself. W...

If they're paying $4,000 for a 4-bed home, then you are apparently renting way below market.

It depends on the bed count, where its located, etc.

-The property does have back property taxes, so I will need to contact the county assessor to find out information on paying those at/after closing, but I want to use that in negotiations for price/terms, as the taxes are now almost 3 years delinquent and tax foreclosure is coming this November if not paid (in full or in payments, tax assessor will know for sure).For context, its a 2 bed 2 full bath (1/1 each side) just under 1,800 sq ft. total, thinking rent for the larger side would be $1250ish and the smaller side $950ish, purchase price I'm unsure of but I would start at $120k due to burn damage and back taxes.
