Well isn't there a theme park being built in Frisco?

We have meetups once a month in Northern NJ on the first WED of each month (second WED for July).

It seems like it doesn't matter too much whether or not we're married, but we'd like to put our money toward investing verses a big wedding I think anyway.

Very inspiring thread. and to me the theme is the money is made buying low value add sell high.. and or the dreaded APPRECIATION .. who ever coined APPRECIATION is gambling needs to read this thread.. 

Then you absolutely know if your management isn't meeting your expectations, because you've "been there, done that".As far as furnishings go, what theme are you going with?
