I'm curious if any channel manager software will automatically create door lock codes for guests?  We have Yale/Nest door locks on our vacation rentals.Thanks in advance for your help.- Dale

It would be amazing for a lot of this to be automated in some way so many if not all transactions are sent to a document/app all in one place for easy organization for taxes.Does anyone have someone they can recommend?

Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

At the moment what I need is a website where I can list all my vacant properties, create workflows for rental applications, automated payments and ideally a website that can be an API for my Rent Manager database.

I set my communication up through Guesty to automate booking and task notifications for my cleaner.

On paper it sounds great but it reality giving away 50% of the cash flow and profit you need to automate and scale your business for services you really do not need in the first place can be very detrimental to your short-term and long-term success. 

I have found that it has really helped me work on the stuff that's important, and assign busy, non-value added, work to VAs, or automation utilities. 

keep your heart out of it.it's a business, make sure renters understand it's a business.never rent to friends and relatives, your the last one they will pay.get your team in order. automate rent collections if possible. late payments should be dealt with on a schedule. fix anything wrong, thank them for letting you know about a problem. i can't fix what i dont know about. 

QB does not allow an automated feed (which is crazy).
