Understood thank you David the city zoning will determine the density but one can build "less dense" than zoning never more dense.

Thomas S. folks have to assume you read and understood the post when we reply back to you as I did.

I’ve understood the importance of being your own boss and creating opportunities and income streams for yourself rather than relying on a full time job.

I never understood the logic that a single property manager or portfolio manager can know everything baout maintenance, accounting, leasing , sales, renewals, etc. so we have dedicated leasing staff, dedicated accounting, and dedicated maintenance.

I constantly feared my inherited tenants would vandalize my hard work, however I was more than respectful to them and they understood my plans for fixing the place up.
