I've incorporated some of the criteria from Dave Stone's post.

Especially chairs, tables, chests, and bedframes.

However, it's important to keep in mind that whatever state you choose to incorporate your LLC in, you will then be subject to that state's laws.

I chair a board of a non-profit summer kids camp in PEI, Canada.

This makes incorporating codes into pre-programmed messages much easier.
