Only negotiation was adding blinds to the home for free.

I'm assuming we need to hire an attorney to draft up an agreement, but don't want to go into this blind. 

Is it "blind shipping?" 

Good evening all...I'm a bit confused or blind :shock: I had a "Hidy in Kentucky" topic that was posted yesterday (i think) on the New Member Introductions board (i think) and now it's GONE (i think).Did I do something wrong?

Continue looking at property and underwriting deals to get better at this aspect but manage your time wisely where you are not blindly looking at everything.

Unfortunately, like many young investors, I let me excitement blind me and I bought the property site unseen...you can see where I'm going. 

So I sent a blind email explaining that I was an investor looking for off market properties.

I always arrive a few mins before customers to make sure every light in the home is on, and blinds are set to allow more light in.Also, whatever room/feature you feel is the 'best' (watch your customers for clues here to see how they react to), make sure that when you end the tour and are ready to do your final chat/sales talk you are in that best room.

I charged 50.00 to 125.00 to clean a stove.. bathtub 30 to 45, fridge 35 to 45, floors per room sweep and wash 15.00  per window and tracks 15.00 light bulbs replace 3.00 each. blinds 15.00 to 35.00 each to replace.

🤣🤣I turned a blind eye tbh.I mean a house where the roof was leaking badly and damaged the sheet rock in the garage?
