Rich,All RESIDENTAL dwellings are depreciated over 27.5 years, even the 100+ unit apartment complex.The buildings that house your business, your warehouse, your shopping center, and your manufacturing plant are all examples of commerical use real estate and depreciated over 39 years

They may tell the banks to hold off in order to stabilize prices for the election (remember this is the same group of politicians that forced Solyndra to announce a plant closure after the last election).

If you screen your RV parking area, either with plants or a structural screen (Trellis, fence, Storage shed), then I doubt that parked RV's would have anything but a positive effect on your four-plex value,  especially if you're using valuation based on income. 

I doubt we will see power plants convert back from natural gas to coal any time soon, but it may enable some domestic power plants to extend their operating life.

I live next door in Plant City and love it because it's a smaller city with a country feel within an hour of the beat, airport, downtown Tampa, etc.

Since I built and installed the balcony, it was only $150 or so more in materials and I wanted something a bit more usable in the sense that it could be stood on, hold some plants, etc.

If the tenant decides not to plant flowers in the stone beds I spray them with round-up.

Also have some space where people can come and plant their own vegetables in return for volunteer time on the farm.The world needs this a lot more than more houses and storage units...

We only have one rental but last year we did get our tenants a Christmas card and plant.
