If it were up to me, I think I would change the orientation of the kitchen to be more like an L-shape to connect the kitchen with the dining room better. 

Americans are also rushing to dine out, travel, and go far f-a-r away for vacations, activities they shied away from during the pandemic.

Open lawn and wooded acreage, chapel, in-ground pool, basketball court, 3 smaller residences, and 2 large residence/dormitory buildings with kitchen, dining, meeting, and recreation facilities!

We are adding the enclosed back porch to the square footage of the house by converting it into the dining room.

The reason I think new construction can provide that opportunity is that you can eliminate inefficiencies.My experience is that students don't care about dining rooms, garages, super high end bathrooms.I certainly could be wrong but building to your customer seems easier than remodeling to your customer.

There, residents can garden, dine, read, or get on each other’s nerves on a patch of communally owned property. 2.

You can simply ride your bike right into the house, prop it next to the dining room table, and use the bike's cup holder to hold your beer.

Our cabin is a 4br so the dining space isn't large.
