I know there must be plenty of real estate flippers in the Birmingham AL area.I want to warn you that there is a danger in ordering Kitchen Cabinets online as we havejust been ripped off by such a business.  

Maybe if they hadn’t spent so much time ripping up the landscaping. 

I bought a home thinking I could find some help to get the many projects done around here, but instead I ended up with a mess and being ripped off.

Since December 2017 I’ve been reading everything I could read , listening to podcast and even paid for a boots on the ground program ( rip off ) but not deterred , I’ve decided that I’m going to create wealth in the real estate market , wholesale to begin with , flips and buy and hold once I have more capital .

It’s unbelievable some times the extent people will go to, and the risks they’ll take, to rip off other people.

I know there are people that have invested out of state with turn key providers, and people that have been ripped off by people that put fake tenants in, etc.
