@Mike Wadsley Certainly top of mind and for a few months it did give us great pause to see how the burden of COVID would impact our tenants ability to pay rent.

Put it on fast speed, then pause anytime your confused.

It's enough to have you pause and take stock of everything.

I know a lot of meet ups have been on pause but I do attend a virtual NJ zoom meet up hosted by Jonathan Greene (who you'll see if you browse the forums enough).

My experience is mostly in upset and judicial tax sales and this is my first time Ive developed the confidence to bid on a sheriffs sale property, but since this is 2nd lien position its giving me pause.

Frankly, this is the part of this that gives me the most pause.   

@Nikol Noll Any time someone says they will do 'x' as soon as you do 'y', then when you complete 'y' moves the goalpost causes me pause and think. 

We were hoping to turn our other current rental and any future rentals into mid-term housing, but his feedback gave us pause.
