There were several issues with title and it was obvious they wanted to get quick cash. 

I obviously pay per listing but the features and automations are not even worth it even if you paid the per unit cost I pay.

I can't speak to the Denver market since I'm in DFW, and obviously can't speak to the specifics of your building since there are so many varying factors.
