This would be a piece of cake if these 3rd party software vendors could provide a transaction dump into Excel or QBO but they like to pretend like they have a good bookkeeping module.

However, it doesn't seem to have the training modules for the scouts.

I have heard that it is great, but is it hands on or is it more of a module-based training?

I attempted to use one hour-long module to briefly tough on each of the 53 plays I originally had in mind.

The accounting system I used was MAS 90 with a real estate module.

Do you use Quickbooks or another accounting software along with Appfolio, or do you use the Appfolio accounting module for all of your accounting.  

Based on what i have been quoted in Houston are the breakout are as below 1) Cost of building 2) Cost of foundation (mostly pier and beam)3) Cost of driveway 4) Cost of utility tie ins (water/sewer/power)5) Fencing around property 6) Landscape around building -------------------------------------Total cost of construction Vendors 1) Module construction company (#1) and they will have info about vendor for #2 below. 2) Installation company (#2-#6 above) For us .. stick build was cheaper option compare to modular which may not be the case for north . 

Modular" can also mean a home stick-built in a factory in sections ("modules").

In fact, looking at the learning modules and book recommendations at first had me thinking I may be in over my head. 

If I were the one deciding on which deals to pursue, I'd spend the majority of my time validating the accuracy of the assumptions sitting in that sheet.Also, you should really password protect access to your VBA module if you don't want people snooping around your hidden sheets/cells.
