I believe there is merit to paying off all our credit cards and getting a nicer vehicle and honestly I don't see anything wrong with her body but she has put up with all of my **** for the last 10 years so at this point if it makes her happy thats fine.

The more I think about it though, buying it Subject To has merits as well as just doing a lease option.The other thing I should note is that I am also concerned about expenses because I would be covering closing costs.

@Nikki HarmonBefore going through the bureaucratic headache of filing anything formal with DBPR or even FREC, I would consult with a real estate attorney (maybe you know someone, a friend of a friend, etc...) and see if these boards would find any merit if a complaint was filed.

I would return the money and let them decide on the next deal based on the merits of the deal separately vs. trying to roll over their money.

After researching (and talking to residents of area) seems there is some small amount of crime but the area has a worse reputation than it actually merits.
