A new member shouldn't be up sold the site's products when they are just asking for general advice from the forum; not what books to buy from BP. 

The bank they are using with that offer is now saying my site prep bid came in way too high and not approving me (so far. still in process).

Would any of you recommend a certain site that specifically handles formation of LLC for rental property?  

You can find owners' names and mailing addresses on the county assessors site.

But just hating on wholesaling in a wholesaling forum is so unbelievably pointless. its not dead per se  but it is starting to be regulated as it should.. oregon just passed their version. where to wholesale you now need a license and over site by the RE commission.. along with criminal back ground and a BOND.. and as we know not everyone can pass either of those with the bond being the tough one if you have bad credit your not getting a bond.

If you wait for the problem to occur and then try to educate yourself, you will exacerbate the problem and lose more money.2.

This property gives me significant income, so losing it would be an extreme loss.

Like others have stated, their price is not always the best especially if you use cashback sites and/or search for coupon codes for other sites.

Close to a cool little town, close to an area attraction, etc....Also do a search here and see how to screen guests, in addition to what the hosting sites do.... like no last minute bookings, no short stays....
