While there are some markets I feel are so saturated it is near impossible to be successful in todays market (Orlando), in most competitive markets you can be successful if a) have reasonable expectations and b) do everything right (price, location, pro design, pro photos, etc etc). 

Idk if I like this tertiary of a location way outside of DFW.

Portsmouth, known for its historic charm, offers higher prices but strong demand for both multifamily properties and short-term rentals, with premium rental rates for well-located properties.

While they offer great general advice, they can't speak to our market, or the potential of a property located in Scottsdale can provide if held.

The main thing is to stick with great location and premium properties.

Depending on the location and the city, these could take a long time.
