This is exactly why it can be so rewarding when you figure it out.I’m clearly biased in my opinions given my investment, but it doesn’t stand to reason that a decade-old company that literally sells a property every 30 minutes and has opened dozens of offices around the country somehow doesn’t have a viable product.

I think there is like literally 1 title company that will insurance the title on a tax sale in Maryland.

Although there were never any problems during the 15 years that I owned it... literally none, zero, nada the 2016 candidate lied and said the "entire" border was unsafe & the gov't took my land to build the border wall.

That is LITERALLY there legal requirement.

The literally single biggest mistake that people make is to buy a class D property, because it was cheap to begin with, 90+ days on market and they were able to negotiate a "discount" - ask them a year later how that worked out for them. 

But it is not 90/10 - the notion is correct, but it's mathematically incorrect, because there are literally over a couple thousand agents in Milwaukee that do less than 5 transactions a year.
