It's about respect and leadership. 

Trying to buy multi with a VA backed loan, I fully expected to be at the bottom of the totem pole, but I honestly didn't expect to be competing (futilely) with multiple cash offers on literally every deal I make an offer on right now.

The syndication thought leadership space is probably the most common area that buying commercial real estate is being discussed.

It was started here in NH but the original hostess has let go the reigns and the currently leadership is based in NJ.

You have a great last name for whenever you decide to create a thought leadership platform - there's definitely something there: "Millions with McMillion" etc.

Also, you need to build your credibility by sharing your expertise through some sort of leadership platform, aka social media.

Integrity and Servant Leadership are key components for me, which is why "Win-Win-Win" is so important when conducting business.
