DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

It's totally normal for it to take some time, often about a month or so.

Some areas that are great for rentals would include Whitehall, Hilltop, Linden, South Columbus, and more.

But unfortunately at the moment I cannot recommend them until I see some real progress on my property.
