The guy sure knows how to sell products.

Comes off a lot like @Johnathon Greene guy who would force his narrative and get upset with anyone with a carbon copy post seeking advice among other things.

I never thought about real estate being something I would be remotely interested in, I'm more of a combat sports guy.

If you don't care about income and are more of a capital gain kind of guy, prices are already high (as you noticed) and there's plenty of land available to buy so I'm not sure how much is left in the tank.

When I have some free time, I'll research other options that won't cost a fortune for the small guy.

I try to attend meet-ups as the guy on the other side 😉.

This is terrible and I really feel for you guys.

Just make sure you guys are comfortable with the area before pulling the trigger.

One of my vendors ran into these guys over in either AU or Singapore and came back with an impression of sleazy  is what they said..
