Is there enough room to install drain field for septic. - type of lot.

However, based on my extensive experience and observation in the field, I believe there are strong reasons to maintain confidence in the stability of this market.

I found great value in the course and I am finding tremendous value in working as a part of their field team.

Clarification question on my part: to all of those who answered, does it change the answer if the W-2 is in the real estate/construction field? 

They are completely different but related fields.

I’m guessing the loan approval from them was “too easy”......financing for a casino operation I would think would require some decent experience in the field, maybe your management company contract would help in this, maybe not.  

If you look outside city limits make sure you do some research on the septic system, your lot size, if you even have room for a backup field , the ability to replace septic is becoming a real issue statewide.
