As such, you would sign docs for the feeder fund, you would send your investment to a bank account controlled by feeder fund, and the K-1 you are getting is from the feeder fund.  

What type of work is typically recommended for an older (mid 90's) single wide mobile home roof that is not leaking but that is very old looking?

One property we bought had four major roof leaks and blue tarps and cinder blocks on the roof. 

It's a simple form and a few Docs that they require  prior to the fee request and Paying the fee obviously doesn't guarantee that they will approve the deal. 

I painted it, redid the floors, put on new doors and hardware, fixed all the existing issues (leaks in roof, toilets not working, sinks leaking, water damage on exterior and upgraded the panel to a 220V) What was the outcome?
