I am following this discussion and mistaked it for my own post that I had posted.

I had a call with a loan officer yesterday and I am very intrigued, but haven't heard much in recent discussions for this product or found anything in the search bar for this bank. 

I'm happy to discuss it further with you (I have appointments this morning, but will be back after lunch) and there are a ton of options now.
