Orlando is not like the rest of the country where you can have a cabin in the woods or a treehouse and be unique..we are built for 75 Million visitors a year and they all need accommodations.Most of the more successful units are larger and have fantastic themed rooms/garages etc.

I am a firm believer that you have to live there and offset your prop tax's with zero income tax and of course be a local and self manage. then to me its like any other market in the country basically..

The MEDIAN rents (50% higher, 50% lower) for the entire country are surveyed, collected and posted by HUD on their website www.HUDuser.org by either county or zip code in all 50 states.

The state’s housing is also ranked as the fourth most affordable in the country.Alabama currently has the second-lowest average property tax rate in the country at 0.4%, which helps investors keep more of the money they earn.

Rest of country undersupplied, Austin is oversupplied.

I would double check with the country recorders and see if in fact the property changed ownership..
