The major company's in my area are Weichert, Remax, and Century 21.

This is the 21st century and, unless you're planning on personally rehabbing/landlording/accounting etc etc each and every property you'll ever own, there's no reason in the world for you to remain limited to your own backyard.

I am a realtor at century 21 and already work with a few investors.

Do you know that those 3 Ca cities are the top return on investment in the nation this century according to core logic.
