The contract would be supplied by the wholesaler from a number of places such as an attorney who drew up a RE sales contract template (so there are just blanks to fill out so it can be used over and over) to a really simple RE sales form they picked up from Staples.

We tried multiple times to get the document corrected and even to just get a blank copy to complete ourselves..nothing..another waste of money.

I ain't sharing the financials on here because I've seen how, on occasion, some investors start high-roadin' newbie with their epic tales of deals-to-end-all-deals and miss the point.

Im in the area on occasion aswell.

I now have a blank lease and fill it out myself by just copying the old one or adding something new if negotiated with tenant.

But I feel like my mind was blank and I probably sounded like I didn't know what I was talking about.

Most of them require you to be accredited I think but you can also just browse to get an idea of the deals they offer and the syndicators that offer them.Finally, if you're interested in syndication I would recommend the real estate guys 'secrets of syndication' event and also Michael Blank's course.

With more research, I bet this will be a fill-in-the- blank process.
