But the other issues we've run into from lenders is 1) We're a Gc to where the company's income comes from selling our new construction builds - the bank *US BANK actually told us they couldn't count that income at all because they view the sale of homes as "inconsistent".

Have you used the Enemy Method to view comparison?

The doorbell also gets a good view of their faces since it is mounted low, and can see under hats. 

Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

I really like LTR's but I understand that STR's can cash flow better, to me an MTR just seems like a lot of extra work and money upfront while still being viewed the same as an LTR for tax purposes.
