I suppose some good ones might be to get better at golf, fly the airplane more (maybe to some golf trips?)

I too am looking to use RE as a way to fund my airplane stuff.

I live in CA and invest out-of-state, nowhere I can get to quickly on an airplane, and it all comes down to the PM.

Notes are to real property as cars are to airplanes.

I would think so I have never looked at Netflix  but I watched the movie on the airplane.. ( which is were I watch most of my movies :)

Depending on what part of Point Loma you are in, you may be in the path of airplanes as they take off from the airport, but there is restricted hours that they can take off and land so it's not a 24-hour thing.South Park has easy access and is a much quieter area of town, but still has enough places to go out of a beer or dinner nearby.

I was on an airplane, the last Midway flight before they shut their doors for good.

Because of the way they acted, I have a feeling they knew exactly what they were doing (or maybe they really are that variety of a-hole, like the people who think they have exclusive rights to the common arm rest on an airplane).

After 9/11 we no longer had any illegal aliens coming into the country that flew planes into buildings or tried to blow them up.Not only did they fly airplanes into our buildings, they got their Flight Training from US Flight Schools.
