Not sure about the charging for unlocking the door for them but if you have in your lease go by that.

Its registered as a 2 unit as it is a true two unit that can be a single by simply unlocking the door to the internal staircase.Both properties have coin operated washer & dryers for each unit.Value Add:-Property 1 adding an additional bedroom on 1st floor of both units, that would create 14 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms.

I don't even leave my truck unlocked on a jobsite.  

Buy extra for repairs which are easy because you can just unlock, replace the damaged board, and relock.

For the electrical we had to call PG&E to come out an unlock the breaker box so we could change a main breaker just to run our inspection on the houses electricity.

I try to find projects where I can unlock value as opposed to wait for appreciation.  

Jordan:We have been using Schlage locks because - until recently - they did not power the deadbolt, but simply unlocked and the human had to turn the deadbolt.  

My friend went and unlocked the door for them and they found him dead on the couch.I'm not sure what I would do in that situation, but that would be turr-ible.
