The priority population that the Governor and Commissioner will be targeting is undocumented immigrants in CT. 2.5 mil, divided by 1,000 cases. 

I grew up in an immigrant poverty area of Minneapolis, row style apartments that became a bit famous for a time as "Americas Deadliest 10 Blocks" nicknamed "Murderapolis", that is where I grew up.

I’m 16 years old from Birmingham, UK looking to learn about real estate.

I am not in Australia but we moved to the UK 2 years ago and have bought a couple properties in the US while living here. 

I think seeing residential real estate, especially handyman fixer-upper properties, as an investment is very different when you come from certain immigrant cultures that have histories of doing this: as my wife is Russian and I am Greek with a significant personal and family history in this work, it wasn't so difficult.But in general, when I am convinced that something is worthwhile and I think my wife should look at it, I give her a manageable amount of material and ask her to look at it.

We're a military family currently stationed in the UK and I don't want to omit information but I can't seem to break this door down... any advice?
