When re-scheduling the person at the permit office stated they will never call even if it is written requesting a call.  

Also you can call your local Escrow  officer and ask who she/he see's doing private loans in your market.. 

These loan officers will be important resources if you are consistently executing on the business plans behind each loan they give you.

@Jeremy C.I looked at their (JLL's) website and see that they have a history dating back to 1783 in London England and have offices in DE, MS, DC, & VA.

I have a ton more to learn and am mostly just here to share your concerns, but after reading a lot of articles I'm shying away from expanding into this territory while he's in office. 

OpenPhone has been a great tool for communicating with property owners, vendors, and generic main office phone calls. 

Instead they are "flex spaces" or "offices".2.

I will likely be challenged to get a 1 to 1 return on adding the AC, adding an EV charger, converting a sound studio to an office, and furnishings.

In desperation, I even visited their office in person, only to have my concerns dismissed and another empty message taken.

I have aggressively been looking at houses since February of 2023 actually touring the houses talking to real estate agents, putting offers, researching financing,working with loan officers and so on.
