Classic way to screw up doing just what she is planning, and likely overpricing it. bet she is not planing to pay buyers broker commission either.

Regarding appliances, I had to personally drive 5 hours to get the refrigerator my wife wanted, and our range only made it thank to my wife's social media presence and one of her followers from across the country helping us by ordering it (it was only available for local delivery) and repackaging it for Fedex freight across the US.  

I am trying to better understand the legal side of whole sale so that I do not run into any troubles.If you really want to know  I mean you really want to know  not just hear what you want to hear.Call or go to the department of real estate and talk to an authority there lay out your game plane and ask them.IN most states if you do not own the property prior to marketing it then you are acting as a broker / agent and its a licensed activity .. its only the wholesalers promoting wholesaling that say your selling a contract.

I would buy a plane ticket and come out to whatever state you live in. 

A plane passing overhead will sound like a freight train and depress property values along those flight lines.

I soon found myself taking on a 25k project which I planed to sub out.

I was planing to start investing in USA two years ago but sadly I was extremely busy with work.I will USA shortly to attend the BP conference and I would love to connect with like minded professionals specially those with experience in investing in USA as a foreigner.
