I do have stocks that I could liquidate to throw at the principle but they have been performing great lately and I’d rather use those funds down the road as another down payment on a future property.Any advice appreciated Christian

Men generally have better depth perception and are more used to moving objects so are many time better drivers BUT they take bigger risks and have more fatalities when they do crash.Women investors (stock market) many times will do what they are told to do and not do a lot of trading and will stay in stocks when the market tanks so end up coming out ahead of men.Like as @Jay Hinrichs mentions these capital calls could very well be a disaster for marriages where the man is in charge of the finances.

I am sure there are lots of different reasons for it. well they were replaced by those crossing the border 750k out of 42 mil probably not that big of an impact.. traffic is still really heavy I was just there last weekend in the SF bay area no signs of the state looking like some of the dead cities one finds in the rust belt or deep south.
