Many people think that there is a problem with too many foreign buyers, but much of the time they aren't actually foreign.People anecdotally look at a neighbourhood and see that there are many people of Chinese descent there.

hello all, i have located a home but have found out it has the Chinese drywall issue. i am a complete newbie and haven't even done my first deal let alone one with this issue. the house is marketed at 29 per sq ft homes in the area selling around 110 per sq ft. looking for any experience as to pursue or way too much work. thanks keith

We recently moved to Chicago after living 9 years in China, most of our investors that like to invest to Tax Liens, Tax Deeds & Redeemable Deeds are Chinese, how foreigner or foreigner company can buy or take part on auctions for Tax Liens, Tax Deeds & Redeemable Deeds, do they need to register USA company and have USA EIN number (also known as "Federal Tax Identification Number" or they can open representative office of their foreigner company here in USA ?
