I would suggest watching some of the Anderson's Business Advisors' content on YouTube, some great free knowledge if you have no experience in this area.I'm assuming all of your properties are located in NH and NH does not recognize series LLCs.

Mostly because I don't have solid steady proof of income yet from my business.There are a few depressed areas (Anderson/Muncie) around Indy that I've looked into and they're super cheap (10-20k max but needs moderate rehab).

It would take longer than 2 weeks to get a case on the court docket, so we had no recourse other than to file for an entire new suit to regain possession.If you need a good attorney to take on this issue, Tim Anderson already has a precedent for fighting the city.
