Chattanooga and Knoxville both have great schools and strong hospitals that certainly attract a lot of out of state movers as well which is also a good sign.

Looking to move somewhere in Monmouth County- Hazlet, Middletown, Red Bank or Aberdeen-Matawan are my top choices.

Yes, you can search for multis on the MLS, but they move REALLY fast. 

With a camper is that when you buy one you don`t have to expense to have a mover haul and set it up, something to kick around i guess.

They may be able to refer you to some movers who can give you some quotes on the move.

It looks like someone bought the property in 2014 and did the value add already so there isn't much room to move rents, which is good from a rent control perspective. 

Imagine if you’re paying movers $30-60 per hour.

@Steve Morris It includes everything from marketing the properties, tenant showings/contact, scheduling of maintenance, movers, and cleaners, bidding of subcontractors, emergency maintenance, proformas, analysis of potential vacation/extended stay rentals, monthly accounting, and so on.
