Hey guys,I was researching about how to hold my upcoming real estate purchase, and understood that a Wyoming LLC or LP will provide the best protection because of the charging order laws over thereMy question is, can I buy say a property in Arizona, and hold it in a Wyoming entity?

Granted, we only have multifamily rentals (no SFRs), so one roof covers 3-4 units, one main line sewer serves 3-4 units, etc.I have never really understood the premise of allocating maintenance expenses as a percentage of the rent.

For example: Final Judgement Amount is irrelevant.. understood.

Each and every one of them studied and understood title and set up systems for quickly researching each property they intended to bid on that day. 

I have never used it myself, but I have meat one of the manager's at a real estate meetup in York, and he said they are investor friendly, and I understood they do assignments.

I did an internship with a commercial real estate company this past summer and from what I understood they use an online analytics tool.

In all honesty, I think rent control initiatives are very well-intentioned policies, that also garner a lot of political support, for reasons that can be very well understood.
