They asked for reimbursement but when investment owners commented that it was not a planned repair, a quote had never been requested (meaning there was no "repeat visit to the property to aid in the confusion), and that the roof actually messed-up the depreciation schedule, etc., it appears to have gone the way of a costly write-off for the roofer. 

I intend on marketing it as a mid-term rental for both healthcare and travel professionals, and if need be, some short term rentals.

I've never seen a city offer free legal aid attorneys at the court house and allow tenants to delay proceedings if they do not have a FREE lawyer!
