When that happens with any type of animal it is bad, let alone a powerful animal like a pit, american bulldog, doberman, rott.

Most animals are cleaner than some of my tenants!

There should be, but also regulations are changing frequently all over so it's one thing to know where things are currently, but to forecast where things are heading is a different animal altogether.

I’ll add that guests do not have to indicate if they are bringing a service animal nor provide any documentation.

Unfortunately, Mexico is a different animal.

I get it on tax hit.. but sometimes you make the money back in a few years and your not forced into a deal you maybe don't like.. but with the way OR and WA are going vis a vi pinning down landlords you maybe forced to out of state and that my friend is a different animal altogether.. 

However, that is a very human-centric thinking which is problematic.Here's a saying I heard this week:If insects were destroyed, all animals and humans would be quickly extinct.But if humans were destroyed, the rest of the earth would blossom.
