90 days is a great lead time for seeds of marketing to bear fruit.  

I work full time in retail management and I am so over working this hard to fill someone else's pockets and not my own.I have some knowledge of buying/selling raw land, which I love, by way of my daughter's paternal family.

I am hoping to house hack in 2017 in the Hampton Roads area and hopefully develop some raw land the next FY.
