I think all real estate investors are working on building a giant Coliseum and charge everyone rent on the seats then when the entertainment is over everyone will go home to your properties where there again they will have to pay you rent. 

You might find some you've already talked to would entertain you as a client IF they know they have 6-7 months to actually onboard and sort through your situation.

As are the higher costs of home and auto insurance, property taxes and city income taxes.There used to be a valid concern about where to shop in Detroit, but there are a lot more options now for groceries, clothes, restaurants, bars and entertainment than there were.

So please take all comments (including mine) as entertainment.
