I'd take care of all the low-hanging fruit so that you can maximize your rents and save yourself headaches.Since your buying this house owner-occupied, you'll most likely need 20-25% down on your next investment property.

Beyond raw numbers, what else are you using as criteria?

The point is, you have to dig in and find the deals that work, and the niche you are comfortable with There's not a lot of low hanging fruit.

I assume when you start the CF campaign, that you could then also market it yourself and try and drive raw traffic (or better yet qualified investors) to your CF page in an effort to help move things along - but once you're doing this, I'm wondering what I need the CF platform for at that point?
