The current renter is paying 2600 for the whole house, but when fixed up a bit, the upstairs could likely fetch 2700 and the basement could probably get 12 or 1300.

Orlando’s median home price is still up about 4% from last year, and Tampa’s median sold price is actually higher than before—up around 5.2%.

They care less about the cash flow in the moment but CYCLING up the equity multiple to the max.
